Lifestyle inflation, I think we have all experienced that concept in one shape or form. It is rather hard not to when you go through the various cycles of life.

Growing up, moving out, finding a mate, being married, having children, moving again, etc etc. (though not necessarily in the order I just described it. That is just a necessary simplification of life in order for the blog post not to expand uncontrollably😃)
So off course your lifestyle will expand as life progresses. What is interesting is – at what point has your lifestyle expanded too much? The answer to that question by and large depends on who you ask, and who’s lifestyle it is that is up for “review”.
Equally interesting is the question of – what is lifestyle inflation?
Let’s look at both words individually at google;
the habits, attitudes, tastes, moral standards, economic level, etc., that together constitute the mode of living of an individual or group.
the action of inflating something or the act of being inflated.
It is actually quite interesting that the first word to describe lifestyle is – habits. Those small daily choices we all make – consciously or unconsciously.
So is lifestyle inflation really just habit inflation? The inflation of your daily habits?
